The prize is 7 nights accommodation - 2 bedrooms in a 'New Style Executive Apartment' at one of 4 locations: Whinfell Forest, Sherwood Forest, Elveden Forest or Longleat Forest for 2 adults and 2 children. Plus £100 travel allowance per person, welcome food pack, £500 resort vouchers and use of resort facilities.

Just posting this again in case anyone missed it the first time - I tried to search the Waitrose website, looking for the competition and it's T&Cs, but can't find it, so I assume it's still "One entry per person". Thanks Miss Jane.
