When i got up early this morning i noticed that the Yuan Zhi shower gel was showing as out of stock. I ordered that yesterday and it was it is still showing as processing in my order history.

As i have yet to receive any emails from them at all i very cheekily emailed customer services (didn't want to take the risk of ringing) and said that i had noticed it was out of stock and if that was the case and my order could not be processed because of that could i possibly change it to the vitalizing AB+C shower gel instead.

I have just got in and there is a reply to say yes indeed it is out of stock and as requested they will send the other shower gel instead. They went on to say the the naran ji sample is also OOS so they are going to send the pink pepperpod instead.:D

Got all but one of my orders too, bought the "arc" soap and hand cream holder with the £20 glitch from the other day and must say it is very beautiful and very heavy!:beer:

My neighbour emailed MB to ask if it was okay for her to use the £20 off, and got quite a stern reply back, which is a shame for her because she didn't even order anything in the end:D
