Anyone had a mortgage from Aldermore ???

    Certified accounts for that long will mean no problem from an employment point of view.

    Kensington were a sub prime lender several years ago but have relaunched as an 'almost prime' lender now. Do not be put off by any articles you will read about them. These will relate to the sub prime days and be written by people who usually did not keep up their repayments and now decide to blame the lender for giving them the mortgage!

  • :j Got a mortgage offer from Aldermore last week although its £10k less than we had hoped for - we can hopefully fund the shortfall ourselves and by cutting back on the fittings etc in the extension ;)
