Certified accounts for that long will mean no problem from an employment point of view.
Kensington were a sub prime lender several years ago but have relaunched as an 'almost prime' lender now. Do not be put off by any articles you will read about them. :j Got a mortgage offer from Aldermore last week although its £10k less than we had hoped for - we can hopefully fund the shortfall ourselves and by cutting back on the fittings etc in the extension
