From the pic it is the old style of DS but maybe they have just used the wrong pictuer on the description

Maybe email or phone them to see if they can confirm it

The DS lite is much smaller and more square than the normal one

the picture is of the nintendo ds NOT the Lite.

I own both and the original DS is what is pictured.

As teb has already said, the pink Lite is out within the month
