Morning
I was BR in Jan 08 , Discharged in Aug 08. The only one of my previous debts who ever conatct me is Santander who insist on sending me Quartley statements of the amount I "owe" they dont do anything else about it just these statements.
Is there anything I can do to get them to stop? They say (no doubt wrongly) that it "dosent matter" I was BR and its their "procedure" to send these statements

can you pl give more details. are you saying they are chasing you for payments aggresively or they are just sending quarterly statement. if its the later than whats the problem? may be there is a valid reason for your argument but its not clear from your post..0

No its not aggressive. Just Quartley statements saying I owe them 6K. Im just frustrated that of the 8 firms I owed money to they are the only one who after neary 3 years still feel the need to write to me.
Unless Im mistaken i dont "owe" them anything anyway. Their debt was included in the BR so why are they wasting their ink?Believe nothing, no matter where you read it, or who has said it, not even if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense0 -
I dont get anything from Santander so not sure why they keep sending them to you
