I found this info on their web site..
PLEASE NOTE: We are able to deliver DVDs and CDs to all the countries below except the UK where we can only send DVDs

    Also this...

If your delivery address is outside of North America you maybe subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; PlayUSA.com advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

I've used them without incurring the extra charges.

You do realise that the DVD's are Region 1. So you need a DVD player that will play R1, and a TV that supports NTSC, otherwise they will play in black and white.

Use them loads and you wont have to pay any extras for customs etc

Make sure you check the DVDs as some are RCE discs (regional code enhancement) which some DVD players dont support and wont work

Anything over £18 (postage is excluded from that figure) outside the EU "MAY" get hit with a customs charge. There are other retailiers who will mark down the goods if they are slightly over.

What is it anyway as PlayUSA aren't the cheapest R1 retailer anyway?
Never argue with an idiot. He will bring you down to his level and beat you with experience.

If you use CD Wow they pay any customs duty for you so you will never get charged but the don't seem to have a full selection of mainstream DVD's as with other online retailers
