Did you use the protector beforehand? this needed to be done 24 hrs before wearing them for the first time. You can also buy stain remover from Ugg (I'm not sure how much as I bought it in a pack with the protector etc) Alternatively have a look at this http://www.whooga-eu.co.uk/birh.asp?p=Stain-RemovalMarried 1st October 2015:heartpuls

What colour are they? even without protector they should dry the same colour, have you tried gently brushing them with a soft brush when dry? Dont do too much though as I would be inclined to return them, this shouldnt happen I have quite a few colours of uggs and its not happened to me, I never use protector and they have all got wet at some point, only the black ones have ever run the first few times of getting wet and even thats ok now, they are expensive boots and should stand up to wet, they are sheepskin after all:)Thank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0

I have tan and grey ones which I've had a couple of years and they were fine without the treatment, when I bought my brown ones they asked if I wanted to buy the protection kit with it (protector, stain remover, brush and spray for the inside to keep them fresh) think it cost about £20 but well worth it in my opinion.
I would take them back and see what they say as this shouldn't happen, let us know how you get on.Married 1st October 2015:heartpuls

If the store have said they will have a look, I'd let them take a look first (which you seem to be doing) but failing that, I have a cleaner by Scholl which most supermarkets sell, think its called suede and nubuck cleaner- it is a bit of a faff to use but it really does work well to remove stains. However you really need to use it all over as it can result in an uneven texture as your rubbing one area more then anywhere else on the shoe which would likely show up after they had dried.
Just wanted to ask- how easy is it to keep the tan version clean? Reason I ask is that I have a pair in tan, am thinking of changing them over to be the black version as I am worried about them looking scruffy very eary on. Do the tan versions (with the white/cream insides) show up the dirt early on?0
