Care to comment on the thread subject in question instead of repeatedly attacking forum members? I know it's an easy diversion tactic employed by you bears but it mearly highlights what little case in hand you ever had, and ever will.

Plenty of people have commented - It is the forex factories forecast, who cares?

Just wait till the real number is out in a few days and discuss it then.

Imo, trying to discuss a forecast from forex factory suggests there is little real evidence to go round. Just get back in your box till the result is out. If it is 0.6% then come along and have a party, but please, it is a forecast from forex, it means nothing. Try commenting on the 3 month averages I posted on the other thread that you have conveniantly ignored.

You have no credibility whatsoever. You are probably not even a person but some piece of software, or a piece of fiction, or the noms des plume of several well established persons with their own clear agendas.

I don't know if anyone has actually checked the link, but this is a forecast, not the actual figure. And considering the last 3 forecasts have been way off, Mr HPC Ghoul could be getting ahead of himself...

Sep forecast: -0.3% actual: 0.2%
Aug forecast: -0.4% actual: 0.6%
Jul forecast: 0.6% actual: -0.6%

Does anybody seriously think that prices are not going to fall again over the next few years? What do you think is going to hold them up?

Prices will certainly be up and down (mostly down) for the next few years and will remain pretty flat until they reasonably affordable by the majority. By that time we will be talking of "unprecedented" low house prices (in real terms), have forgotten about the credit curnch and be about to embark on another boom. Its happened before and will happen again.
