pumpkin soup to start? It's very easy to make and a great way to use the flesh from pumpkin lantern making. Tastes lovely too with some black pepper and a swirl of creme fraiche. Could push the boat out and serve it in hollowed out mini pumpkins
I saw a pic on a magazine front (asda i think) of some meringue ghosts - looked fab! Probably easy to make for pudding
main course... hmm, not sure??? Spare ribs like a skeleton theme? Witches stew?0 -
yes, i'll do pumpkin soup, then cauldron stew with eyeball dumplings - i'll put a slice of olive in the dumpling at the end for the eye, and ghost meringues on a bed of blood(raspberry sauce) cheers!!0

Hi, I'm also having a Halloween dinner party!! I'm going to have pumpkin soup then beef wellington for main then (s)lime cheesecake and death by chocolate for dessert.
Anyone have any ideas what I could call my beef wellington or how I could present it to tie in with my theme??
Thanks
