Ironic that you are accusing others of having sock-puppets...

I can't think of any reason why Hamish would need a sock puppet, or perhaps I too am a sock puppet of his? It would be a shame if I was as I quite like my life, I wouldn't like to find out I was just a figment of someone's imagination. According to Carolt I am a sock puppet of chucky, guess you'll have to argue that out with her.

Oh dear. Only 4 people voted in this rubbish poll and 3 of them are actually Hamish mcRamper. It's totally embarrassing. Cue a few more of Hamish's sockies to bump the numbers up a bit.

So you think this was a serious poll rather than an equally silly one purely to demonstrate that exact point? This place is worse than I thought (your post actually got thanked too). If you think I am a socky of Hamish you better argue that out with Carol as she thinks I am a socky of chucky

  • NO! It's already hard enough for FTB's without making them pay twice as much on interest

    Simple Choices really.....

And a public poll so Carol's multiple sock puppets can post if they like, but we'll all know.

what do you class as a high interest rate?

So you'd rather reward the banksters and pay for their record bonuses, than allow someone's dear sweet old granny to have a slightly more comfortable retirement?

    Bizarre....

What is bizarre to me is the assumption that the only people profiting out of huge house price rises are sweet old grannies :)

To be honest I don't care who is 'rewarded' by my expenditure on housing, what I do care about is that my expenditure on housing is as low as possible. In my circumstances I would spend less with the higher rates/lower prices of the past, rather than the lower rates/higher prices of today.

Bankers will always try and achieve the maximum profit, to pay themselves the maximum bonus.

And property rampers will do likewise, won`t they Hamish ?

Not half as ironic as being accused of sock puppetry by a sock puppet.
