PartyLite - anyone know of them?

My wife is looking for an alternative to the 9-5 drag and has looked into hosting parties selling candles for partylite, the trouble is that I'm a bit sceptical of stuff like this, can anyone put me at ease please?

I'm a Partylite consultant and everything is completely legal - just like any other party plan business. The money is there to be earned. You receive 20% of everything you sell which rises to 25% if you sell £1200 per month (which is easier than it sounds). Let me know if you want any info.

  • Have been to a couple of Partylite parties. They do have lovely stuff but very pricey.

I have done party plan for a few different companies although no Partylite and it can be very difficult to break out of your friends and family cirlce. If I was to give one piece of advice to your wife it would be to not start by using your friends and family but try to obtain business from a wider audience - say Mums from school, a playgroup, a charity party or advertising in local shops/press. Then when she has her business up and running use the family and friends to augment it.

    Good Luck

I have some gorgeous partylite candles and we always have a good evening when we go to the parties. They are pricey but have some extremely unusual items.
