The only discounts I've ever seen for Blackpool are in a newspaper every year (think it's the Sun or the Mirror). They are in every summer and offer a 2 for 1 wristband (unlimited access to all rides). I think you'll have to wait a few more months for that though.

Visit the Blackpool pleasure beach website - if you go any weekend during March wristbands are only £10. They do this every year.

Click on the link and a pop up thingy will appear giving info on £10 wristbands:
