i put mine in a little plastic bag tied with a ribbon, but you could use an organza bag or a box.
  • you can get really cheap organza bags used for jewellry and wedding favours from ebay, failing that just a bit of net from your local fabric or craft shop...make sure the holes arnt to big mind you incase the glitter escapes!

My daughter has just bagged up her reindeer food but they are in bigger bags than the little organza bags you get for wedding favours.

just wondering what you sell the small bags for? We were thinking of selling them for 50p.

Thank you all, did look at someone's blog on here a couple of hours ago and she had put the food in boxes - looked amazing! However I am a realist and know there is no way I would have the patience to put it together with the reindeer cut out and ribbon ect like she had. 10 out of 10 though whoever you are, looks fantastic!

I used red food colouring mixed with sugar last year, once dry I mixed it with some oats. I don't think I put anything else in it. I used cello cones for mine, done up with a ribbon, looked fab :)

Giggle it was your blog I saw!! LOVE your boxes, where did you get them? I googled what you said but couldn't find them. Like I said can't imagine making them but one can dream! Also the reindeer on the front, did you make them yourself?? (off to find nappy cake thread to ask you questions on there as well! ;))
