Thanks for the advice about the gel pen, I haven't got a range near me... In fact our closest shops apart from a small Tesco, sainsburys and seasidey shops are an hours bus ride away or 30 mins in the car if I smile nicely at OH and he hasn't got too much work on :D

Hopefully we'll make the trip into town later this week and there is a poundland and the works up there so i'll pop in and have a look.

Hope you have better luck tomorrow Hollie

And flyingpig that pillow case is lovely, it will look great under the tree :)

I'm loving this thread and have been inspired to make some ES decorated chocs, snowman soup and some cards.

I wonder if any of you crafters could give me some advice on how to make my stamping look better, it's often uneven in colour or not straight and generally doesn'y look as professional as other people's - I know I should use a ruler too but any tips gratefully received!
  • Oh Flyingpig I love that pillowcase :D

Emzy81 I got my signo from here and it was delivered the next day

I too have the phone gem packs however I also have Anitas gem wheels. they are NOT self adhesive but at £2.99 a wheel theya re a good buy though better savings on ebay oversea sellers if you have time to wait.
Above wheels are also for sale in tesco i noticed just the other day so do check there too.

I got a gemstone wheel off ebay from a seller in Hong Kong. They were £1.39 for 2400 different coloured gems, so much cheaper than the Anita's ones (approx £2.49) & free P&P, worth it if you're prepared to wait.

Ok here goes, these are only sample items, just to mess about and get the feeling for things before I do the real thing, I just messed about with plain card etc, once I get my SU punches they will be proper ones, sweets were ones lying in the cupboards that no-one likes
