Hi everyone! Just a quikkie, hubby is going BR,we know the OR will want to see records of his job, income etc. Will he want to see my wage slips as well,I have only been in this job 8 mths, and was uunemployed before then,is there any thing else of mine he will want to see? I am not against him seeing any of it,my problem is trying to find any of it,hubbys bank account was raided a few years ago and we dont keep much info in the house, what we do keep is well hidden,
just want to be prepared,my sons have bank accounts (which are empty) will the OR want details of these?
Thanks

Hi everyone! Just a quikkie, hubby is going BR,we know the OR will want to see records of his job, income etc. Will he want to see my wage slips as well if its just your hubbie going bankrupt then not usually,I have only been in this job 8 mths, and was uunemployed before then,is there any thing else of mine he will want to see? they're just interested in seeing you pay your share towards the living expenses I am not against him seeing any of it,my problem is trying to find any of it,hubbys bank account was raided a few years ago and we dont keep much info in the house, what we do keep is well hidden, depending on your SOA they examiner "might" ask for receipts as proof for things..if you dont have its no problem though
just want to be prepared,my sons have bank accounts (which are empty) will the OR want details of these? depends on the ages of your lads & if your husbands name is involved in them
Thanks
