we are partly to blame for this as british people we complain and comply

should be the slickest run company in the uk
as a business which has
1 no competition /got a monopoly
2 doesnt have to produce goods
3 has a powerful legal and collection teams
however the publics fear of standing up to them are making them weak and very ineffective ref tonight programme

ill take my time .post is about tax office incompetence
and the way in which people complain and comply with there rulings
trying to get a true and correct answer out of them is to say the least difficult especially when there been mistakes
yes ive put questions on recorded delivery post and climbed up tiered complaints system but still cant get a straight answer out of them
my questions
1 where's my info i requested using dpa law/timed out ico got case
2 why is third party writing to me on hmrc letterheads
3 this is in clear breech of statute laws what are you doing about it
4 when shall i recieve overpaid tax
four months now no answers
any constructive ideas anyone ?0
