Just one last question about form 6.28. Do I also have to include the debts that I am currently struggling with too? That is the minimum monthly payments requested by my creditors even though I have stopped paying them due to this BR application? Nearly forgot to mention them!

I see so if I have a surplus of around £600 they will consider if I could afford to pay my creditors or whether they will just ask me to pay towards the BR fro 1 to 3 years?0

yes, why don't you pop your soa up here and we can have a look at it, see if there is £600 surplus?
