still awaitin payment schedule

hiya just wondering if anyone can help i have been gettin csa from my daughters father for few yrs now but last yr his gf moved in so my money went down cos she had a son then she swiftly moved back out which in fairness he informed them of...this was the beginning of they year and my payments have still nto gone back up and i have still not recd a payment schedule everytime i phone them they say the caseworker is dealing with it,....i finally spoke to my caseworker and she did say there was one on its way i asked how much my payments would be and she told be they had only gone up by 10 a month but he owed over 500 in arrears as they had not processed his change of circs properly.....i asked for an arrears breakdown to be done as i was not convinced he owed so much and the caseworker said she wud get it done that day and send it out to me ...i did not rec it so rang her up again and surprise surprise i cud not get through to her and was advised that tehy cud not do another arrears breakdown as they had done one in july...i asked if i cud have a copy and they said it was not on the system or anywhere to be found...i just want to make sure i am not overpaid and that my ex partner is not paying more than he shud be

    just read this post and have to say fair play to you

    email your local CSA office and request a breakdown of arrears, then send a request recorded delivery requesting the same

    I would keep on and on at the CSA because you might be waiting a long time for the breakdown of arrears if you don't.

    I requested one months ago and was sent the wrong information after a few weeks. I then got back on to them and told them they had sent the wrong info so could they send the correct info. Low and behold, 2 weeks later I got another copy of the first info that they had sent to me! 2 months later I'm still waiting for the arrears breakdown.

    Yet more proof that the CSA are totally incompetent.

    I hope you get yours quicker than it's taking me.
