Hi
I Had to declare myself bankrupt in March this year I was self employed and unfortunately the buisness partnership broke down and we hadno choice to close the buisness and declare our selves bankrupt. I have been on maternity leave since and am just returning to work self employed do I need to inform the OR?

yes, you will need to provide a revised SOA (income expenditure) for the OR with your new circumstances within 21 days0
