Hi Everyone,
Not sure if this is the right place to cook this. I am cooking a meal for 5 people on sunday 3 people over 60 with teeth lol and me and my partner. I have cooked alot of meals before but want to do something different and I have ran out of ideas. The things i can't include is beef, pork, prawns, raw fish due to allergies and differnet stomach types lol. I like to make something that means there will be left overs
Things that I already have cooked is
Chicken stirfry, lamb stirfry, pasta melt, lasagne (did not turn out well lol), spagetti bolognaise, cottage pie, shepards pie, macaroni chesse, cauliflower cheese, roast dinner, wraps.
Any ideas with recipees would be a great help

Risotto with chicken and peas, well risotto with anything really. It's always a favourite in this house and I always freeze some for another day too.0

My mother and aunt both had "teeth issues" and meals used to be a nightmare since they didn't like the same things! But they both loved coq au vin, or a variation of it - chicken breasts, chopped shallots, some garlic, mushrooms, and possibly bacon (you could leave this out if there are objections to pork...) with a good dollop of red wine and some chicken stock, herbs and seasoning. Cooked slowly, it's really tender, serve with garlic mash or champ0

if its cold and miserable like today is i would go for a lovely smoked fish pie and put the carrots and sweetcorn through the basic white sauce and top the tatties with breadcrumbs/mature cheese and grill for 5 min at the end serve with broccoli or cabbageskintbint x

might the over sixties feel cheated if they don't get sunday dinner? I would and I'm not even over 60! How about slow cooked lamb - just put in a little water (about 5cm) smeared with mint sauce and cook overnight in slow cooker - don't know how to do this in oven but obviously possible - it falls off the bone. And roast pots etc
"with teeth" ( do you mean they have false teeth or their own teeth?) - if can't chew, do mash and cook veg until soft.0
