Which mortgage Lenders offer the most borrowing?

I am looking to move house, but although I have a portable mortgage It is classed as a new application. I have reduced my hours since we bought this house so only work part time. So I was wondering if there are any mortgage lenders that offer more than 3 times our salaries. Can anyone help?

Much more to it than income multiples. Depends on many factors.

Best to speak to your current lender and a 'Whole of Market' broker to see what your best options are

To get a more meaningful response -

How much do you actually need to borrow?
New property value?
Gross annual salaries?
Monthly outgoings on loans/credit cards etc.?
Has your current lender actually declined you?

A good few lenders will offer 4x salary but it does depend on plenty of other factors.
