Right to revoke access to property...

Hello

Can you tell me if I can use this to stop bailiffs entering the building in common/communal areas, and if this also applies to gated parking areas?

I am attempting to be very specific here - so let me reiiterate from other posts - NO baliff has set foot over my threshold and NEVER will peaceably.

They have however hand delivered their love letters through my letterbox.

I want to ensure that a) they can't harrass me and b) they can't harrass my neigbours.

Thanks

I am not sure that you can. You don't own the communal areas so you cannot state who can and cannot be kept away. But PM Herbie as they are probably the most clued up about bailiffs on MSE.
