Hi All,

I may be developing some early signs of male patterned baldness, is there anything I can take or anywhere I can go in NI to maintain my existing crop of hair and to perhaps gain a little around the front area?

Just acknowledge a fact of life. No point looking having your hair growing like clumps of rushes in a field after a transplant. Also Look at those male reporters on TV with syrup of figs or super dyed hair- absolutely horrendous

I understand you criticisms of my choice, however I would prefer to have a head of hair rather than to be bald, are there no realistic options open to me?

There are is a pill you can take called propecia. Google it and I am sure you will find plenty on it.
