    very good tv. my advice would be to go and see it as personal taste really does play a part in whether you think a tv is good value for money. also, what do you mainly want it for...some people just want as an everyday tv...others to game on....some mainly watch sport etc.

    it's the same price at john lewis, but with a free 5 year guarantee, obviously making it much better value.

    EDIT - its much easier to get problems resolved with John Lewis, as well. We bought a tv from them, didn't seem quite right. they exchanged it with no quibble, whatsoever - pickup of original and delivery of second.

    had quick look too. says not to the Republic but BT comes up as allowing an extra day for delivery....good luck!
