Hi I'm being harassed by a company chasing a 2 year old bill that I disputed at the time and they 'dropped' but now the company has gone into admin, they have obviously appointed a chaser agency - who seem to have lots of pomp and circumstance but very little real information - just the 'outstanding' invoices. What can I demand ie can I demand to see my signed orders ? and what is the legislation ?
I have had no accounts from them for 2 years!
