hi to cut a long story short after 2 years of hell and running up bills ringing them, and after being told for 2 years that yes CSA can collect maintanence i get a call out of the blue to say its all cancelled and will get nothing!
From day one i told them he lives here, owns his own home here but works abroad for a non uk company and was told that he was still liable, due to living here and owning his home here! a liability order was granted for over 3 grand and they were going for a charging order on his house (defalt assement as he refused to fill in any forms and the csa refused to take action against him for not filling in the forms even though its a legal offence to refuse!)
then after all the stress of 2 years waiting for returned calls that never came and promises of action i get this, when i told them i wanted to take it futher i got well go to your mp as a response!
is there anything else i can do??? thanks for reading

Sorry to learn that, it seems not every case raised is 100% ucessful and it seems yours maybe one of the unsucessful cases.
I suppose you could put in a charge order on the property after a legal case ?

Try ICE they may get things moving, at the very least you will get the information as to why they have done nothing.

i asked today why and they said because they have to apply a nil assement when they cant show an income due to him not filling in the forms and working for a non uk employer, you would think that after 2 years and two liability orders they would have said this before!
I have put in a complaint and next step is ICE after finding out for myself where to take it due to them being so patheticaly useless they wouldnt tell me! ARGGFF

If you get no where fast with ICE you can then ask the Ombudsman to look in to the case. But remember that this will take time.
