Joint Mortgage - relationship dissolved

Wondering if you can help........ I bought a house with my ex and both our names went on the mortgage in 2005, she subsequently stopped working and I have been paying the mortgage since 2006 alone. Our relationship broke down in 2009 and I have been left with the children in the house and I have been struggling to pay the mortgage since. The house is on the market but she refuses to dropt he asking price to sell it. I have now moved out with my children (whom I have full custody of) with my new partner and the house was empty - low and behold she has moved into it TODAY - and guess who is stillpaying the mortgage without any contribution from her. Any ideas what I can do? Or what my legal rights are??
