Got a Sainsbury's delivery last night. I really don't get annoyed about substitutions as a rule but this one took the mickey-out of fifty items ten different substitutions. It ran to two pages.
The one that really annoyed me was bacon -which came with 150 bonus nectar points -substituted for exactly the same product (but NO nectar points) :mad:
I rang and complained (nicely) and was refunded double the value of the bacon (£8) and they checked to see if there were any problems at the store- which there weren't.
So what's the most substitutions you've ever had ?
