unemployment and sickness insurance
Hi everyone
Could anyone advise please
We have insurance cover for our loan and our credit card. Unfortunatly we had to make a claim in the past but my husband is now 60 and not working so i was wondreing if we would be able to cancel the cover as we no longer have a wage coming in and the cover is basically for loss of earnings.
I would be grateful for any help and advise. The loan will be paid off early in two years time.
Thank you.
Jean.

It really depends on how you paid for it - if you paid for it upfront, then probably not as you've already claimed on it. If you pay for it monthly then yes you should be able to cancel itWe've spent decades teaching people about their rights, but nothing about their responsibilities.0
