My new husband has paid the csa for 8 years never missed a payment even thou if does not see his children no fault of his. Now the csa want to see the last 3 mths wages slips of mine and also my mortgage details etc.Can they do that even thou the children are not mine and never seen them.I also have 2 children of my own.Really worried that they can take money from me.The mortgage is not in my husbands name its in my name soley.Have they a right to see these details.HELP PLEASE !

If you want the housing costs taken into account then you need to send them. You don't have to give them your details, but you won't get any protected income and your hubby won't get any discount - basically he will pay the full amount. It is highly likely that he will pay the full amount anyway if you work, but he won't get allowances for your children in protected income as there won't be any.0
