Free SET of Latte Mugs (Baileys) - 1/12/2006

Just a thought, but as this involved sending 2 text messages, in effect we have paid some money towards this item, is there anything, oh, what am I trying to say...... You know, we paid to send 2 texts to receive them - is this like paying for a service that you havent received?

Anyone get what I mean?

Well, hmmmm - now I'm in a froth, it looks like I'll be supping my coffee from my old cracked mug - and quite unfrothed too, oh well. :rotfl:

I get what you mean, I was thinking along the same line earlier. Not sure what we could do about it though

I e-mailed Baileys about 2 weeks ago and have just had this reply..

Good Morning,

Thank you for your recent email, which was forwarded to my desk via The Baileys Team.

I have been in contact with our Handling Agency and they have confirmed your Baileys Frother and latte glasses will be sent out to you shortly, I hope you receive your Baileys Frother and latte glasses shortly.

Please advise if you have received you Baileys frother

I received the same email this morning, yey!!!! looks like they'll be arriving after all, they'll have been inundated, Think I'll buy a bottle to celebrate...yipeee.....mind you, Id better not get too carried away, I'll certainly be posting to let you know as soon as they arrive xxx:T :T

I get ya. Sales of Goods act says that they must comply with their terms. I haven't read these, but they can probably get out if it somehow :[
