Just a thought, but as this involved sending 2 text messages, in effect we have paid some money towards this item, is there anything, oh, what am I trying to say...... You know, we paid to send 2 texts to receive them - is this like paying for a service that you havent received?
Anyone get what I mean?0 -

I e-mailed Baileys about 2 weeks ago and have just had this reply..Good Morning,
Thank you for your recent email, which was forwarded to my desk via The Baileys Team.
