Just did mine and got message saying on their way in 28 days. Did my date of birth like 01012006 all in one lump and it was ok.

OPPS the reason these sites ask for date of birth is normally to do with the fact they alchol related so need to know your over 18.. hope the fact you put your date of birth as only 10 months old might not hinder you lol
