Hi,
I'm sure that this has been raised before, but I've scoured the forum and haven't been able to find an answer;
Can a company default you more than once on one account?
My problem isn't quite as straight forward as the above question, but that can be found below;

I had asked the question on that thread but I think it just got lost amongst the mass of information!
Thank you in advance

One default on one given date. The account will show as being in default in future months though these are not actually new defaults.
Right on to your problem. What is the actual default date shown on the accounts? Have carcraft chased you for any money recently?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

Ahhhh, I get it. (I think!) So, the first black 'D' appears in June and then there are subsequent one's for July and August, but this is not 3 defaults, this is one default following through each month?Right on to your problem. There are two accounts, and both defaults (and accounts!) appear first in June 2010 relating to two accounts apparently starting in February and March 2006. They have never contacted me in relation to these amounts. And I honestly don't believe I owe them anything. I've sent the CCA request letter; they got that on Monday, so we'll see what happens here on in.
