Another question.
Can anyone tell me what happens to your pension if you go bankrupt?
I work in the public sector with over 10 years of pension plus additional contributions could my creditors get their hands on it?
Thanks in advance

Most are approved schemes and most pensions are not touchable by the OR. The OR will still allow you to make contributions to it too, but not excessive/maximum amounts though.0
