1. No purchase necessary. To enter, please complete competition form. Only one entry per email address allowed. Prize is non transferable and is subject to availability.

2. To be eligible, entries must be received on or before the closing date of Sunday 7 November 2010 11.59 PM GMT.

3. The winning name chosen will receive a two night stay for up to four people at the Wigwam village (two adults and two children).

4. Prize includes East Coast First Class return train travel from the winner's nearest East Coast calling point to Berwick-upon-Tweed. Travel on any parts of the journey will need to be arranged and funded by the winner.

5. The prize includes use of the BBQ hut on one evening and one Pottery session in the interactive arts centre Pot-a-Doodle-Do, subject to availability. 6. The promoters reserve the right to amend the specification of the prize although every effort will be made to provide prizes of similar quality and value.

7. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

8. Dates of travel and accommodation are subject to availability. The prize is for four people (with at least one adult being 18 years at time of travel). The winner must give at least 14 days’ notice of their preferred dates. Prize must be taken by 31 March 2011.

9. An independent random draw will take place within seven days of the end of the competition. The prize winner will be notified by telephone or email within five days of selection. If a selected entrant does not meet all of the contract conditions, or cannot be contacted within ten working days of the prize draw another entrant will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

10. This prize draw is not open to those who are employees, agents or representatives of East Coast or Northumbrian Wigwams and their respective advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their respective immediate families and those domiciled with said families.

11. By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the use of their names, place of residence, photograph and/or image for publicity purposes in all media carried out by East Coast, without payment or compensation.

12. No telephone contact or correspondence will be entered into except with the winning entrant.

13. All entries become the property of East Coast, who assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by East Coast on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. East Coast reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the prize draw should a virus or bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of East Coast corrupt the security or proper administration of the prize draw. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, East Coast reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
