    Hello gals, I'mmmmmmmmmmmmm back

Sorry for the long AWOL life has been a little busy. Since I was last here I have got a job :j I am now a supervisor at The Works in Keighley. Its a very demanding job but I am loving every minute of it.

Just wanted to say Thank You to OAP1948 for the birthday card I love it, was a lovely surprise to get it in the post. I so lucky that I am not in work on Monday as I would have hated working on my birthday.

Also it will say I am a new user cause I could not retrive my password for my other account. I tried for over 10 minutes and just could not get in so I decided to set up a new account.

Before I go, my mum has bought me a Do crafts goody bag for my birthday so going to get to using that soon.

Fab news about Nan going to Norwich, Rainmac. One of my favourite cities to visit. We usually have a Red Hat visit there at least once a year. There's a smashing Caleys Choccie shop in the old court, eats to die and dive for.

Any news on OH's job, vic?
 Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"!

morning ladies, hope you are well - sunny day here - my son has been harping on about warhammer and has saved up loads of pocket money so we are off to games workshop for him to spend it - another expensive hobby in the B household!!! lol

vic - ooh fingers crossed for your hubby.
rainmac - glad the drs went well with your son. Hope the results come back showing nothing to worry about xx lol - at paypal - yes what happens with paypal stays with paypal ( she says after my little spend last night!!)
rainbow - not ordered direct from basic grey direct - have you tried uk sellers (are they in america??) or ebay or fb for basic grey products might be cheaper than direct from them??

Right off to rally the troops - catch you later xx

My sons were all into warhammer it's even more expensive than our stuff lol. Just sold loads of ours on ebay as david went the usa and left his here and the others didn't want it. Even sold a full set of the paints in a posh aluminium storage case. Cost david a fortune but will buy me lots of lovely goodies now.

    Wifey -

Artydoll - hope all family problems have gone now - saw your fab quilt on the sewing thread -fabulous - hope it sells.:)

ZLS - welcome back - good to hear you've got a job you enjoy - are you still planning to move house?

Mad Frog - I haven't forgotten to send stuff I promised, hopefully will do it next week.

ali.b - I can remember my nephews 'doing' War Hammer and having to buy stuff for birthdays etc. So much money for such small things!

It was lovely bright & warm this morning & we were going to go to Southport Flower Show 'til I found tickets were £21 EACH:eek: plus parking fee so went to Windermere instead. (Lakeland first stop!). But while we were in there it started to rain in torrents so we beat it back home rather than get thoroughly soaked exploring the rest of the town. I was very good and for the first time ever didn't buy anything! :rotfl:

Crafty Grannie, my birthday is this Monday the 22nd and I am sure it will be an ok day.

viclspence you probably have been served by me too :-) Its a very small world, a lot of people have told me how refreshing it is to have a shop like ours in Keighley but not being from the area I do not know what there is lol.

I can not upload a photo cause my account is back to being a new user :(
