    one of these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-Acrylic-Mounting-Block-UM-Rubber-Stamp-/270793928293?pt=UK_Crafts_RubberStamping_RL&hash=item3f0c936e65

you just put your unmounted stamps on them when you do your stamping, though old cd cases work just as well sometimes

Have tidied the house, washed a mountain of washing. Ironed a mountain of ironing was going to make some cards and things but my colleagues are barricaded in their office due to the looting in Birmingham and I can't stop worrying about them.

Going to give up for tonight and do some tomorrow, I am not looking forward to going to work on nights in Birmingham tomorrow! :(

Whoo Hooo:j rainmac - hope the weather holds good for you & you have a great time 'Up North' a friend took his daughter to the Tower Circus last week and thought it was good (but expensive) if it rains. x

Vicklspence - thank you! Need to tell my niece about it - her son is dinosaur mad.

Welcome back flourgirl - I'd missed you. DH spent quite a bit of time & money:eek: last week to make sure he had enough hours in to stay current - next hurdle is the medical where he usually gets to hear the examiner rant on about this & that & gets charged for the privilege! ;)

Mad Frog - will have a look for the link where I got mine from.

thank you for all that have wished hubby good luck for tomorrow, I will let you know how he gets on.

Can I ask something - probably a very stupid question - what do you do with your unmounted rubber stamps once they are all seperated? I have the full set of humphry stamps, the first lot came in plastic packaging so i stuck the stamps on it with spray and stick stuff, but the 2nd lot i have got doesn't have any plastic packaging.

I store most of mine in cd cases but have also laminated pieces of card and stuck them to that hth

Good luck to your OH for his interview xxx I store my stamps in the packaging they come in inside a Really Useful Box. Not the best way probably but I find it ok. I keep sentiment stamps together, LOTV together, Christmas together etc.

Flourgirl, ooohhh let me know when and where you are coming (if you do) and bring those new pens of yours, I'd like to drool over them ;)

    Marg, thank you x

Mad Frog, your holiday sounds simply amazing. I am hoping to see more of the world when I win the lottery or the kids are much older and we have more disposable income - whichever of those comes first :p

Well we are sort of ready for the off tomorrow, weather doesn't look brilliant but I am getting on the beach even if it's raining. I have Pleasure Beach tickets courtesy of Mr Tesco (thank you again Mr T) and we are going to have fun :) Be good while I am away, no getting up to mischief any of you and please stay safe with all this mindless rioting carp xxx

Will do Rainmac ;-) We are thinking about going to Woodford Halse near Cannons Ashby, its a lovely farm and the people are really friendly and at £4 per caravan per night very MSE!! I will have my pens with me :-)

I'm finding the new pens great! and what I have discovered is not to be afraid of the darker shades in the colour sets cos they blend really well. I need loads of practice with them, I also need to keep emptying the bin lol for each one thats ok there are about another 10 in the bin!!!

Day to myself again today, DH is off playing Fireman Sam at the flying club again. Marg :eek: mine has managed to keep up this year but only just, makes the money side easier for me to handle :rotfl:

Raining here today :-( so off to get my hair cut then spend the rest of the day crafting :D

I can't remember who is doing the Animal Challenge...sorry.... but there is a doggy on my turquoise card so I would like to enter that one for the challenge please.
