Just a quick visit to say I've sent out revised lists by email today - if you don't get them and think you should please pm or email me. I am a few email addresses missing but mostly seem to be those who have fallen by the wayside.

Marg, you are fabulous, thank you for the updated lists xxx

PepPop, I'm not a yellow person either but made a couple of yellow Easter cards and really quite liked them. Looking forward to seeing some pics x

Made a banana loaf this afternoon (anything to stop me from doing the ironing in this heat ;)) and it smells divine (thank you for the recipe secret recipe giver :p). Got pork ribs in the oven now, they smell pretty yummy too. Going to have them with jacket potatoes and homemade coleslaw.

Debating whether to get the boys school shoes this week or leave it till later in the holiday? We are going away for a few days next week so that's out for shopping and I definitely don't want to do it at a weekend or leave it to late. Hmmmm, think I've made my own mind up, tomorrow or Friday it is :)

thanks marg i got my list too.

Can i have a piece of cake as i've had a carp day today. Why is it always so much harder to go back to work after a holiday when the kids are at home asleep when you leave the house! On top of that NONE of my work got done, and all i got was excuses as to why not, I'm meant to be the manager but i'm not convinced anyone else, including my employers, realise that!
Life is like a box of chocolates..........you always seem to pick the hard ones!

iv'e been out all day at a free play day thing at the local park. It was a bit of a sham really. i shouldn't goan cos it was free but there were too many people and not enough to do. There was one ice cream van with a queue a mile long. Local vans could have really cleaned up if they had parked all around the park on the street. No drink or food stall. So we had to go to the toliets to refill our drinks bottles not the nicest drinking water yuk!
were in a queue in this heat for well over an hr to get on bouncy castles etc and for what 5 mins play. Really not worth it.

i was planning on having a crafty nite as hubby is working away but i have made the effor of putting my pj's and slippers on already :rotfl:so can't be bothered, i'm shattered.

i love Humphrey's Corner too ds1 room was all that and we have lots of the books. I missed out on a cd rom of him on the bring and buy page on fb, i think kelly bought it.
:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boys :)

Afternoon - am now sat here in the middle of the mother and father of all thunderstorms  it's almost dark but at least it's a bit cooler here now

got my list Marg thanks! and my 2 new Humphreys - I've used the new baby one already but it's too dark to take any pics at the mo.

I never do anything with yellow either - never use it and certainly never wear it coz my washing machine hates it and turns it a funny colour :p
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p
