I'll be driving home across Scotland with Mr F as we're on our holidays at the moment. It will either mean that the roads will be quiet or absolutely hoaching!0 -

hugs to all who need them at the moment xx
I got my delivery today of my xcut butterfly dimension punch and it was brokenthe handle was flappin up and down like it had no sprin g and the metal punch inside looked like it was jammed down so I couldn't get any card in, I very near burst into tears! I was sooooo looking forward to it arriving! I ordered the daisy aswell so that made up a little bit for the butterfly! I contacted the people and I now have to send it back with a letter explaining the problem or fault and they will send it back to the company they get them from then send me a new one
God knows how long I will have to wait....hopefully not long!
Expecting another package tomorrow with my new spellbinders dies so that should keep me going and may put a smile back on my face!!
Looking forward to next week so I can spend my weeks holiday crafting!

Nice to see you Melissa - that DT are certainly missing out by not having you on board!
Twinkledust - that is so annoying when you get broken stuff - I think they should refund you straight away and sort it out themselves really though.
