KMS Sorry I was AWOL all weekend - if you didn't get your sponge thing sorted let me know I'll put a link for a tutorial that I've seen. Glad you phoned NHS24 and hopefully the doc will have seen you by now. Fainting that many times can't be good, hope they sort it out for you. HUGS.

craftygranny Sorry I wasn't on all weekend I'll get this sorted tonight. I'll link it to both if I can. Hope your eldest is OK.

Myz hellowave.gifGlad to see you're still with us.

Gemm Hope you had a fantastic time. Weird about the Indian restaurants - OH's brother says the same about Australia, every time he comes back for a visit it's all he eats. We should set up a franchise :D

    Congratulations to todays winners

Wifey That's a shocking story about the receptionist. What amazes me is these people decide if you're ill enough to merit an appointment - when did doctor's receptionist go to medical school?!?!?

OH didn't hear anything so we're taking it was a no. He's on tablets from the doc to stop smoking at the moment and he's really spaced out so he's blaming his poor performance on them. Onwards and upwards. I made some more cards at the weekend so I'll hopefully manage to get them posted tonight if bl*gger is nice.

    Morning ladies,

Well just got back from the doctors and the diagnosis is: I have low blood sugar levels, the doctor said he thinks it is because i have cut out all sugar and most carbs due to my slimming world diet. He has told me to make sure i have something with sugar in everyday. I also told him i was refused an appointment last week and he was appalled and said he would look into it for me. I have got to go back next week to see how i am doing.

Sorry i haven't read the thread properly yet, will do in a few mos.

But thank you PepPop for the tutorial i will have a look at that in a few minutes

KMS So glad you got that sorted. Yes, it makes sense. See how you go. If you're worried about your diet there are foods with natural sugar, e.g. fruit. See what's available on your list. Let us know how you go. I'm so glad he was suitably appalled at how you were treated, fingers crossed the dragon will get a ticking off.

KMS, so glad you got seen and got a diagnosis. I have low blood sugar, I've never fainted from it but do get wobbly. When it was bad I used to keep a Mars bar in the car and another in my bag for emergencies. I don't even like Mars bars but they would give me the sugar required to sort me out.

Mel, so sorry Elliot has been difficult at night but great news that he slept through last night. DS2 had me up at 5 this morning because he said he needed my help to find something or other. Got him to go back to sleep but I couldn't

Ali, crafting may help you to restore your inner calm ;)

    Well done winners :)

PONR, your trip sounds amazing, I am so jealous x

Can I please enter the Festive Fun challenge with the reindeer card that went on my blog yesterday :)

The latest Cards for Men challenge has started and there is a freebie digi to use for the challenge (you don't have to use it to enter though). I was a numpty and forgot to use a digi for my card from the compnay sponsoring the challenge :o:o:o

Hope everyone's ok, I've spent the morning in Home Bargains and Tesco and have done lots of washing, all drying nicely on the line :) Now do I have lunch and then crack on with the cleaning or make a card... yep, card it is I think :D Cleaning can wait till tomorrow ;)
