Mary, what a pain about your appointment, that's so rubbish  Hope you find your papers soon, how annoying :(

Well I didn't manage to get Mum's card finished today, I barely had time to wrap her presents - I was too busy cleaning and trying to comfort Elliot - he's teething again at the minute and is quite miserable.

Jowri - no wonder you were fuming over your ring - cheeky gits!! Can't wait to see what you make with your flower die.

Betterlife - great card, love the butterflies and your fab image - I can't draw at all so I'm envious of you!!!

Cardpaperscissors - I always manage to lose messages before I post them - it drives me crackers.

Georgiegirl 2012 - stunning card - did it take you long to make?

Rainmac - those paper pads are gorgeous - especially the MME ones, I'm trying to be good at the minute and limit my spending but I am tempted. Which ones did you go for???

Mary - Sorry that your appointment got cancelled.

Rusty - really pretty card - you are organised - an easter card already!!!!!

Ali - lovely card, love the glitter and the spotty paper.

Artydoll - beautiful pages, love the heart cut outs and the papers.
  • Evening another stinky day at work today - hey ho it's over now was made better by lots of Sound of Music singing between calls :)

Can't remember what I read other than Mary had her appointment cancelled - how rubbish is that and Rainmac has been spending again - no need to mention my pre-order from Craftyemma's then :p
I was very good I only ordered one of the MME pads but seem to have bought a couple of the new Dovecraft ones and the Wild Rose studio polka dots which seemed to be out of stock forever and some Hero Arts sentiment stamps fell in as well have a weakness for sentiment stamps at the mo - still spent less than OH did at his weekend to watch the football so have been good (in my eyes) :D

Wifey have you seen these Red Hat digis?

Took the cleaning easy at the weekend - only decobwebbed did 3 loads of washing and all the ironing and I had to cook tea both nights as well :rotfl:
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p

I ordered 2 of the Dovecraft ones too as they looked lovely and good value too ;) Also the Prima Jack & Jill Celebration pad. I couldn't decide on the Fancy Pants/MME ones and couldn't order them all so ordered none of them (for now!). Also ordered white card for stamping (I love the Rymans stuff but delivery is way expensive), some buttons and some more twine stuff. And a cute Inkadinkado Kids Quote stamp :)

Thank you - I'm guessing you mean the pink card. it looks much better on the pic than it does in real life. In itself it didn't take too long to make, but I had to wait for glue to dry between stages. The card I used to make it is too think for it to be a substantial card, and the glue I used to stick some bits on isn't really strong enough.

But now that I know I can do that type of card I can make the next one a bit more properly (not grammatically correct, but I'm sure you know what I mean)
