Well here we are on page 200! And I for one am glad the site is down on Saturday - it's my monthly quilting group and December's was called off due to snow.
Hope to catch up with some blogs over the weekend as well (sprouts on mine today). And possibly do some of my NVQ as well.
Or I might just sleep
G'night xxx0 -

Just when you think that Royal Mail has failed you completely....

So, my Cowling & Wilcox is here (12 new Promarkers), my Ebay order (four sets of dies for my Bug) and my Sir Stampalot order have arrived today (Lots of Penny Black stamps from their sale, all at low, low prices!!)
Hurrah!
Plus, with the forums being down this weekend, I might get off the PC and do some cardmaking0 -
Congraulations ******** :j
Oh no Mary, so sorry, hope you aren't in lots of pain, you know where we are if you need a chat/rant whatever and we are the famous 'inside outers' so if you want us to go inside out or back to front, we'll oblige xxx
Marg, you do a fabulous job with the lists, thank you xxx
Louby, love your comment of 'it's the first thing I've bought this year' when we are only a few days into the year :rotfl:
Found out yesterday that the secreatary at DS1's school has been diagnosed with bowel cancer. She is such a lovely lady and really helpful so I'd like to send her a thinking of you card or something. Do you think that is ok? I don't wasnt her thinking everyone is gossiping about her but also want her to know that I'm thinking of her.
DS2 and I are off to a playcentre in a mo, hope to be there for most of the day so I don't have to be at home looking at the HUGE pile of ironing still to be done:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
Rusty - Hope the bugs good and is out of its box!
Marg - You do a marvelous job with the lists. So thank you.
Flying-fresian - glad all your parcels have arrived. Hope you have fun playing!
Rainmac - I think a card would be lovely, especially a home made one, she will know alot of thought has gone into it.
Just back from my first Exam Invigilating. High school starts early in Bedfordshire, so had to to there at 7.45am! But its good money.
Hugs to everyone who needs them. xxMay - £251.63/£155, June - £108.69/£150, July - £157.45/£155, Aug - £104.28/£155
Sept - £110.80/£150, Make £5 a day in Oct challenge = £50.50/£1550 -
rainmac That's a shame about the secretary at school. I'm sure she would really appreciate a card, that's a lovely idea.
Still not made anything or blogged anything - can someone kick me please!! Although I did knit a bit of the gloves that I've been knitting since September0 -
Pep Pop - I can't google for pics but this is for you
"Golden Boot" :rotfl:
rainmac - I've pm'd you but yes I think a card is a good idea - if she wants to talk about it, it will a good intro for her. When my Mum died one of the things that sticks in my mind was going to DH's parents later that day & they never mentioned it & I began to wonder if they knew. (they did) They weren't unkind or unfeeling they just didn't know what to say & me being me had to bring up the subject & talk about it.
Mary OP - so sorry you've been in hospital I hope the tests go OK and they can help you. How's Mr Mary's hip?
I'm going to sort the list so if you are on a DT let me know the link & I'll add it. PLUS any amendments/changes you'd like making please.0 -
