I'm beginning to think everyone's ran away...
Glad you had fun Rusty - are copics better than ProMarkers - I keep looking at them but they're really expensive?
I'm going cross-eyed tidying up a digi I'm making for a card I've been asked to make. Anyone got a spare pair of specs I can borrow0 -
Flourgirl your blue christmas card using the ladybug crafts image you need to enter it here
.... same goes for anyone else .. new challenge every tuesday
Pepop - I love my copics, and they are slowly building up, I use a mix of both, but find the copics are a lot nicer to use! they are around £2 eachRaising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
Rusty What are they like for fine detail - I wasn't sure if the brush would be too big? Oooh I'm tempted:)0

Copics are really nice to use PepPop and the colours seem a little softer. I prefer the skin tones of the Copics but use them both together and they do blend as well. They have a very pale grey that's magic for casting a very soft shadow around your image.
Goody bag labels are all done and packed away ready to send off tomorrow. Thanks bunches, PepPop:whistle: Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -
Peppop - I use copics (ciao) and even though I'm not good at colouring I prefer them to the Promarkers I've tried. The fine tip is 'softer' on a copic but I wouldn't say it was like a 'brush'.0

Thanks for the words of encouragement for my party, it went quite well considering there were only 5 of us( 3 guests, hostess and me) hostess still managed to get the level 1 stamp set and £20 to spend in the book.

Hi, just a quick note to say I've put my entry up on my blog - first time I've made a card to a sketch.
And now to bed0 -
well i've never been here at this time before but sleep is not happening so here i am. my mum got rushed to hospital yesterday. they have found a tumour at the back of her head. she had a CT scan yesterday and is having a MRI scan today. i'm not really sure what happens after that but i'm sure i'll find out soon. i know there is an operation, and we have to wait and see whether if it is cancerous or not.
but we have heard my step sister in law has had a baby yesterday, so i have made a card this moring and i'm now going to go and put it on my blog.0 -
Big hugs cg, I'm so sorry to hear that0

For any Edinburgh-based crafters...the craft shop on Slateford Road is closing down after Christmas and they're doing 30% off when you spend over £10. It's a real shame as it's a great wee shop, but they just can't afford to sign a new lease0
