  • Hellooo!!

The-Wife - Sorry to hear your op got cancelled yet again. Hope that you feel better soon.

craftygranny - hope it goes well for your 'boys' - fingers crossed for them.

I managed to place a little order for some of the 'men' stamps on Imagination and some of their packs of acetate that sounded cheap considering it was around £5 for 2 sheets at Hobbycraft when I looked!!!

Just been out to buy bits and bobs for some things to make for the craft fair I am doing. It is very windy and has gone over very dark and starting to rain. I actually wore gloves today!!!

Hope everyone else is ok xx

Wifey sorry to hear you are having a hard time of it at the moment

Craftygranny thinking of you and your boys

    Artydoll Love your santa card

Well saw the little one yesterday, 4lb 3 0z cannot believe how little and delicate she is, was very nervous holding her but she seems to be doing okay. Not like my nephew 3 months old and 15lb 80z :D, we have always been big babies on my side of the family.

Been shopping today got some bits and pieces for crafting, must stop shopping and actually start making some things, the days just seem to be flying by.

Awww Madfrog, that's lovely you've seen her again, can't imagine what it's like holding a 4lb baby!

Wifey, oh no missus, please look after yourself and make sure you are fighting fit when they next call you in for your snoz-op.

CT, sorry to hear about your back :( Hope you feel better soon xxx

Dragonllew, well done on selling so many cards :) Really sorry to hear about your OH, hopefully they will be able to sort him out soon xxx

Craftygranny, big hugs for you and your boys xxx

PepPop, well done on your card sale, £5 is brilliant :D

    Elysia, no worries :)

I've been a naughty rainmac, went into Hobbycraft quickly yesterday for one sheet of paper for a DT project and came out with a £20 MME pad of the most gorgeous papers, oops :o Shhhh, it's a secret ;)

    Big hugs to everyone xxx

Oh it's quiet on here tonight!

OH is playing on his new Black ops game on his PS3, I was going to buy it for him for Christmas but he had to get his friend to get him for him today , we went to PC world to get him a printer and for one day only it was £19.99, ten pounds less than he paid for it.... I didn't chuckle in a serves you right kind of way at all :D

Anyway have made a few things tonight but can't get blogger to upload my pics, nor will it let me comment on blogs.... the only free night I have had in ages:( .. typical

Sneaking quietly in here. I know it's been a few days but I really haven't felt much like joining in after OH's recent news. His "urgent" radiotherapy isn't off the ground yet, in fact he doesn't even see the new consultant until next Monday so wont find out when his treatment starts until then. Obviously the NHS has a different meaning to urgent compared to the rest of us.

DS also got some bad news last week too. He's been in severe pain for a long time in the "men's department" following a vasectomy a few years ago. They've now discovered that the nerve endings were damaged at the time and he now has to have a testicle removed because they cannot stop the pain. He'll have to wait a couple of months or so for the op and then be off work for 6 weeks. Just what he needs after the fiasco of his recent customer who wouldn't pay.

So not much to be joyful about here at the moment. Oh, my new washing machine arrives tomorrow morning, between 6.45 and 7.15 a.m. - OH is getting up early to take delivery. Maybe that will cheer me up a bit.

I haven't been in the mood for making cards so nothing to blog about either.

I'm so sorry to be so behind with blogs and on here and there's too much to catch up on. I did notice a couple of things so Craftygranny hugs to you, you must be out of your mind with the health worries with your boys. Wifey sorry your op was cancelled again, I do hope you get sorted soon. Also well done to any winners, and a couple of you have sold cards too :T and welcome to the newbies, I think I saw a couple of new names.

Hopefully I'll feel a bit more chirpy soon and get back into the swing of things.

    Hugs to all.

Madfrog - Glad the baby is ok and is doing well. Its a bit scary when they are so tiny. My DS got me to buy Black Ops yesterday for him. He was going to wait for Christmas too, but all his friends were talking about it, so he decided he couldn't wait!

Tomsom - Sending big hugs for you, your oh and your ds
    May - £251.63/£155, June - £108.69/£150, July - £157.45/£155, Aug - £104.28/£155
    Sept - £110.80/£150, Make £5 a day in Oct challenge = £50.50/£155
  • Morning, it's a lovely bright sunny day here, so I'm trying to get all my washing done, bed stripped etc... I can't remember anything I've read - so sorry.

Madfrog - glad you got to cuddle the baby, I think there were several of you Black Ops widows yesterday!

Tomsmum - sending you massive hugs hun. I don't really know what else to say to you. xx
