Making cards - Ideas (part 5)

Happy Birthday Flourgirl so sorry i haven't sent your card yet will get it in the post today.

Karen i have added you to the list, lovely card

PepPop I haven't got it shrink to fit or anything like that, i will pm you in a few mo's

Can anyone tell me where to get some card that is suitable for boxes please?

Is it just the page size you want without the words?
You can do it by opening word and going to File > Page Setup then changing the A4 bit to A6 also you can change it from portrait to landscape that way. If that's what you mean if not sorry!

Kms26 I use card from Crafters Companion - usually pearl white or ivory. They sell A3 size for larger boxes - theres a picture in my blog archives of the boxes I've made for Chrismas presents this year. Its 300gsm so nice and strong.

I had a lovely night last night making cards with a friend who has never done it before. I took pictures of all my efforts for my blog (which I will eventually update!) and she has asked me to upload hers too. It's really good for a first effort!

I have loads more to do this week, but I'm out tonight for dinner with some work pals then going straight to another friend's house. It's all go in Fresian Towers this week :eek:

thanks I will give that a go - just not sure which way to feed in the A5 card IYSWIM.

Afternoon ladies. I'm not supposed to be on here - got to be at work in 50 minutes and still need to get the floors scrubbed
