BRU and Early Discharge?

Although unlikely, is it possible to receive a BRU and get early discharge?
A friend of mine has just received her BRU (out of control spending habits), and is 6 months into BR. She's not working at the moment (looking after a child), so is there any chance she'd get ED? It's not going to be possible for her to return to work before the AD date anyway.
Has anyone ever got a BRU and ED?

If a case is marked for further investigation (to consider a BRO/BRU) then there won't be any possiblity of early discharge.0

The BRU was for 2 years. (for preferential payments when paying her debts... those who shouted loudest got payment)
She has already accepted the BRU, there is no IPA, so in effect the OR has finished with her case - there is no further investigation required.
So there's no chance that in the next 6 months she'll be considered for ED? It's not like she's able to go back to work and be able to pay an IPA.0 -
gosh thats sounds harsh to get a bru for what she did. Especially as she was obviously trying to please everyone.

Her file would have been marked for further investigation after her interview, and that FI has no resulted in the BRU.
As it would have been marked for FI, there is no early discharge.0
