    FP use the TER as the AMC (like many pension provdiers). In the case of the cautious index fund of funds, it reinvests into the blackrock tracker range.

    From what the OP says at the start of this thread, and this isn't meant to me rude, he sounds rather financially naive. Therefore two options present themselves:

    1. Spend time researching the investment world and taking time to make a decision based on that research

    2. Find a suitable IFA to provide advice, yes, there will clearly be a cost involved, however this is often worth paying for the financially inexperienced.

    Whichever route is selected I'd suggest that the OP is not currently in a position to make decisions.
