Anyone had issued with Littlewoods payments this weekend?

Didn't know which forum this would be best posted in but figured I would try my luck in here!
My sister paid her Littlewoods account on Saturday, the money came out of her bank and is showing as a credit on her Littlewoods online statement.
Today, the money has appeared back in her bank account!
Anyone had any issues like this, and did Littlewoods rectify the mistake?
