Endowments Maturing

I have 3 Endowment policies that will mature next year. Our Mortgage was paid off a number of years ago so the monies due to be paid on the policies will be paid directly to me.

Does anyone know if I will have to pay income tax on the gains.

Give the tax office a call ( no need to give your name ) but I think if you have held the endowment for more than 10 years then no tax to pay but please chek with them.( from the horses mouth)
