Advice needed...Does anyone have Herstyler or Jose eber curling irons?

I really want to buy a pair of curling irons, either herstyler or jose eber.

I dont want really tight curls, quite big waveyish curls that you see more often these days.

My hair sits only just below my shoulder so which size would be best for met to get............ 13mm, 19mm or 25mm ?

Does anyone else have any of these makes?

Are they any good?

Which soze do you have and which length of hair do you have?

just putting this back up to the top to see if anyone can help
  • hi cms, i have the 3 part herstyler kit, it has three different attachments.

I tried posting a link but it wont let me, if you google herstyler 3 it brings up one from overstocked.com which seems cheap at £38 dont know what website is like......i paid about £50-60 just over a year ago

I have straight hair, bit wavy when damp, doesnt curl particularly well, it reaches middle of my back, well to my bra strap anyway.

i tend to use the middle sized barrel = that leaves me with ringlets to top of my shoulders, the smaller barrel is good for layers round face etc.

the large barrel isnt much good to me, it leaves gentle waves, but my hair tends to drop the curl too quick

    hope its of some help

    Thank you for replying.

I wonder if the smallest barrell would be better for my length

overstock is working out at £56.20 with shipping included, do you think this is a reasonable price? I was looking at 1giftsuk just the normal 13mm or 25mm for £30.00 including delivery
  • Possibly, on that link her hair looks longer than mine, mine is a bit shorter than that when straight, I got the same curl with middle size barrel. If your hair is shorter then the smaller barrel might b ok. I don't know where u r based but where I am in Leeds they have a stand in shopping centre offering to do trial on your hair. I went for that and fobbed them off and ordered on line cos they were really expensive. They tried selling me the grande curler.
  • Just seen yr reply that's who I got mine from 1giftsuk or whatever they r called, was quite quick delivery

Yeah they have them in my local shopping center but the way they curl the hair it always ends up in quite tight spiral curls which I dont really want, I think I might just go for it and order the small ones from that gifts place. My hair is layered too so I would imagine the smaller ones would be better on my layers.

Good to hear that company r ok thank you very much x
